1) WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE MY FURNITURE AFTER I GET IT?
Answer: Image Design & Furniture Co. will go out of the way to make sure you are purchasing furniture you will be satisfied with. There are many ways of doing so. For one thing you can find the furniture info on the web-site and also find out the nearest retail location. You can go into a store and and see it for yourself. If you decide to purchase with Image Design & Furniture all sales are final. However, if circumstances out of our control (such as damaged furniture or the wrong item was shipped), Image Design & Furniture Co. will assume all responsibility. If it is the case of a small scratch or slight damage due to shipping, we will send a professional furniture repair person to take care of it. 2) HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY FURNITURE AFTER I PURCHASE IT?
Answer: Depending on which manufacturer you purchase from and where you live, differs in time. For instance, if you order from Stanley Furniture and you live on the east side of the Mississippi River, you might expect to see your furniture as soon as 5-6 weeks from purchase date. However, this is not always the case. We would like our customers to be patient enough to allow about 12 weeks. But also be prepared for it as early as 5 weeks. Again please read the contract.

3) HOW MUCH ARE SHIPPING COSTS?
Answer: Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and the distance the furniture has to be shipped, usually it averages about 10% of the price of the furniture , in some cases (i.e. very heavy items) shipping may be as high as 14% of the total sale price. However, there are a few manufacturers that you can get free shipping. please contact us for details.

4) IS THE SHIPPING PRICE ESTIMATED AND CHARGED TO ME AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE?
Answer: No. If there are shipping costs, you will have to pay for that on your final balance at the time of shipping and will receive a copy of the shipping invoice. You only pay what is charged to us. Please read the contract.

5) WHAT IS A COMPLETE BED vs. HEADBOARD/FOOTBOARD?
Answer: When you purchase the 'complete bed' you are getting a headboard, footboard and the bed frame that the mattress and foundation rest on. If you order just the headboard and footboard, you will need either metal side rails or a metal bed frame that has brackets for both the headboard and footboard. All of our complete beds, comes with a very sturdy bed frame which is stronger and recommended over just metal side rails. When purchasing a bed from Image Design & Furniture Co. it will always be "A Complete Bed" unless you specify Headboard only or Headboard/footboard only.
